Our Return & Refund Guidelines

At Ar Rahman Naturals, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Policy

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• If you request a product change, return, or claim damage, you must have a video of opening the parcel as proof.
• Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer; we do not cover the cost of sending products back to us.

Refund Process

• After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we’ll notify you about the refund status.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), we will refund via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact our support team.

• Wait for confirmation and shipping instructions from our support team.
• Pack the item securely and return it using the provided address.
